heres a riff i came up with a while ago. it has a sort of bluesy feel to it.

try some double stops

a good bridge riff could be made around these frets. its trademark blues. try around the 12th fret for an awesome sound

That pretty much sums it up.

For the chorus (i dont' normally write blues) why not base it somewhat around your verse?

the intro part was really good. i didnt like the formation of the chords in the chorus. i cant give any good advice to help.
