I heard a pretty inglorious cover of "The Freshman" just tonight on the radio. The DJ didn't say who it was by, though.

Why is this in the emo forum?

Anyway, probably when Gwen Stefani bastardized that song from Fiddler On The Roof. Eeek.

I don't know if it counts when the original song is already a piece of ****.

Yes.

It included a Snoop Dogg cover as well *shudders* though I can't remember what song he did. Though I think Staind did a good job of Nothing Else Matters.

hands down it's the Scissor Sister's cover of Comforbly Numb. It's disturbing how bad it is.

did you know the major scale on a piano, starting at whatever note (lets say E). you just go straight up the white keys without hitting a black one. and you got the major scale.

The worst cover I've ever heard is a toss up between...
Pixies' 'Where Is My Mind?' being covered by James Blunt
and The Beatles' 'Eleanor Rigby' being covered by Thrice.
