i was just wondering, but have any of you played a show when the crown was to load and you needed monitors. Also do you prefer floor or in ear?

In ear ones will completely **** up your hearing, much faster than the standard floor monitors.

That's when you know you found somebody special. When you can just shut the f*ck up for a minute, and comfortably share silence.

Absolutely correct! My advice would be to avoid ear monitors at all costs!

man i hate in-ears.

at my church i played a service to 3800 people with inears.

it was terrible.

even though the sound qual was good, they hurt sooooo bad

especially because my ears are small on the inside.

it might have just been the ones i used

dunno

but i definitely prefer wedges (floor)

If in-ear ones are bad for you, why do a lot of bands use them?
