Grateful Dead movie soundtrack, Europe 72, Fillmore West 1969, Closing Winterland Soundtrack, One From the Vault, and Two from the vault. THere are many others but those are the easier ones to find (Fillmore West 1969 is a three disc set which includes Live Dead along with 2 other discs performed during their three show stint at the Fillmore West). Also go to www.archive.org and you can legally download and stream live Grateful Dead Shows for free.

Closing of Winterland is absolutley amazing. FOUR discs of pure bliss.

The only other live Dead album I have is Hundred Year Hall. It's good and all, but not as memorable as Winterland

Dicks Picks are always a good choice (#8 is one of my personal favourites)
Live/Dead is a great one as well.
As they said, Winterland is always another good one
Hundred Year Hall is good
Greyfolded is really good if you like Dark Star

I thik the best Dark Star is the one off of Fillmore West 1969. Does anyone agree?

I have heard many but the 1969 one just has so much energy, it holds my attention through the whole 20 minute song, some Dark Star's I phase out ( usually only for like maximum a minute) cause it becomes a little too slow moving and spacey.

I have Filmore West 1969, Closing of Winterland, and Skulls & Roses for live stuff of them. all 3 are excellent and i'd recommend any of them to you.

Just out of curiosity, how many Dick's Picks do you have?

I dunno, from about 1 to like, 20 or 23 or something. After that, they started mixing different shows into on Pick, which kinda ticks me off

Save your money for Guitars or something. Heres a link to 3000 live shows to download (legally) for free:

http://www.archive.org/audio/etreelisting-browse.php?collection=etree&cat=Grateful%20Dead

Enjoy!

I already mentioned that, try skimming the entire thread before you post. Besides those shows on archives dont include the shows sold on CD and the ones on CD usually are sold because they have amazing setlists and usually a lot better quality.
