Probably From the Cradle by EC, the songs on there are quite easy in my opinion. Also if you want to go acoustic, EC Unplugged has a few blues gems on that are great to jam with.

not exactly blues and certainly not my cup of tea but (i am informed that) status quo will get you some easy 12 bar blues rock rhythms to jam along with.

you do have to know 3 chords however
