Hey, I have a friend who has an old dean guitar which he bought about 13 years ago. I am trying to find out what type it was and how much it was worth but i am limited to how much i can tell you about it. It had a humbucker and two single coil pickups, pointed headstock and a whammy bar and he paid £180 for it at the time. The colour was a kind of dark red SG standard colour if that helps. Please help me identify this guitar and track it down.

Cheers for your help in advance guys!

Man, that sounds kind of generic Could you get some pics of it?

oh, and did you cruise around the dean site looking for it yet?

Well....I actually meant pics of your friends exact guitar, but thats ok.

I guess you could try emailing them, if that address doesn't work, i just found it at the top of their page. And i would definately try sending them pics of the exact guitar, and maybe the serial number if you can find it. Good luck!

and if you only want to find out how much it is worth, maybe take it in to a guitar store and see how much they would give you for it. Its just a thought
