22 frets on my wizard II neck

Thickness:-
Older version of Wizard - 17mm 1st fret, 19mm 12th fret
Wizard/Prestige - 18mm 1st fret, 20mm 12th fret
Wizard II - 19mm 1st fret, 21mm 12th fret

All uses jumbo frets. The thinner it is, the easier the fret is accessable rather than a bulky ones thus, making it possible to play fast. However, too thin may tend to make your playability uncomfortable depending on players. You need to try it out 1st which suits you the best.
