Err, that's still an F chord.

A common substitute for an F chord is a Dm7 chord. An easy way to play one is:

It is an F chord, but its easier to play for people who have weaker/smaller hands because you don't need to barre it. Also, if you're using the Dm7 as a substitute, you probably aren't going to play the root note.

You could try xx3210

It's actually an Fmaj7 but if your struggling to barre (or even barre two strings with one finger) then it'll probably work.

That said, it's better to just to learn the chord. Practice lots and it'll come, just like all the other chords did..... eventually.
