i need a good 15- 20w practice amp for about $60... any sugestions..

The phrase "Good amp" and "60 dollars" usually don't go hand in hand.
Check out the Vox Valvetronix amps. Not too expensive, and they've got lots of built in effects and stuff. The 15 watt is like 150 bucks. A Roland cube is about 100 bucks, same 15 watts and some built in effects/amp models.

i have a mini fender amp. its got two huge ass 3" speakers and a insane 1watt output.

and suprisingly...it sounds pretty killer.

it also set me back 40bucks.
