i have a squire strat and when i tune it to drop C, the low E string untunes sharp after about 5 to 15 minutes of playing. what can i do to stop this?

Look into Ernie ball slinky strings. They tend to retain a specific tuning better. Actually just putting on a new set of strings might sole the problem.

His acoustic didn't sound good with wah pedal, I suppose.

Get heavier strings. They help with lower tunings.

they're 12s. I have 'em on my schecter. <3 B flat tuning.

It might be your bridge as well. I have a squier as well and the bridge screws up my tunings. I have to retune it like 5 times in a row to keep it in tune

ive got fendersuper 250s cuz i can afford them and nothins wrong with the guitar except its banged up. Oh, the previous owner was retarded. Would changing the gauge help? I dont know anything about that.
