I want to change the sweep cap from the stock 0.01uF to a 0.022uF.

Can I buy any 0.022uF cap? Or does it have to be sweep cap?

My pcb looks like this-

I saw another pic of a similar pcb, but the cap looks different.
Would I be able to use one that looks like this?

The "sweep" part is just the description of what the cap does- it affects the sweep of the wah sound. Any audio quality cap should be fine, like a film, mylar etc. I'd stay away from ceramics because they sound quite harsh, and don't put a polarised cap in. Other than that you're fine!
My gear;

Custom HSS Strat (eBay'ed parts)
Fender Acoustic
DOD EQ
EH Big Muff
Home-made Wah
Home-made Booster
Laney LC15
