Black - Pearl Jam. I love that song. And also Come Back off their new album.

did you know the major scale on a piano, starting at whatever note (lets say E). you just go straight up the white keys without hitting a black one. and you got the major scale.

I hate using the word ballad because its so feminine and relates to 80s glam metal and VH1 too much. But Thumbing My Way by Pearl Jam is an amazing song.

Imagine if you were a drummer, and you accidentally picked up two magic wands instead of sticks. There you are, keeping the beat, the next thing you know, your bass player turns into a can of soup.

What do we tell our children? Look before you leap. Stop and think. Don't judge a book by its cover. We believe that we are always better off gathering as much information as possible and spending as much time as possible in deliberation.
