First order of buisiness: I PMed Rankles about this. It may get deleted so consider it temporary, I just would like to have one.

The Punk "Rec" Thread

Scotty: Goly Gee I need some new Music
Random Voice: Well Scotty have you thought about trying "Punk" music
Scotty: No siree, what should I try?
Random Voice: Im glad you asked! The fine boys an girl at the UG punk forum can help you with that. Go to the recommendation thread and ask one or more of the following questions
What is the best album by "(insert band here)"?
Would someone please recommend me some "(insert subgenre here)"?
Anybody know of any bands that sound like "(Insert band name here)"
You dont have to ask in those exact words, but make sure your fellow posters can understand your question.
Scotty: Thanks mister what would I do with out you?
Random Voice: Probably end up listening to shitty bands.

The more consistinly an album is recomended the more likely it will be added to the Basic Recommendation list. Eventually it will be divided into subgenres... and it will be color coded... yay! Ill put a few on so its not empty.

Basic Recommendations:
Black Flag - Damaged
The Ramones - Rocket to Russia
Rancid - ...And Out Come the Wolves
Reagan Youth - A Collection Of Pop Classics

The following bands must not be posted about :
Green Day
The Offspring
NoFX

Doesn't look like this turned out to go the way it was meant to....
Quote by Mia (Pulp Fiction)
Why do we feel it's necessary to yak about bullsh*t in order to be comfortable?

That's when you know you found somebody special. When you can just shut the f*ck up for a minute, and comfortably share silence.
