Anybody know if your supposed to play a B.C. Rich beast like a flying v while sitting down or just normally on the side?
#2
Whichever is more comfortable.

It's not like it'll explode if you hold it the wrong way.
haha
#3
^Yeah it will, the Beast is a horrible guitar.

But if you must know, just do what feels comfortable.

Ok...pay very special attention to these instructions. It will work for any BC Rich guitar.

STEP ONE: Hold guitar.

STEP TWO: Raise guitar over your head.

STEP THREE: Toss guitar into woodchipper.

There you have it. Proper treatment for any B.C. Rich guitar.

Ok enough with the B.C. Rich flaming. I realize they're not that great. The next guitar I buy will be an esp or ibanez.

No offense man. I just can't resist making a good B.C. Rich joke.

Anyway, good choices for your next guitar. Check out Washburn too.

Edit: I like my MG. I wouldn't have bought it otherwise. Mine has none of the problems that trolls mention about it...I don't know what was wrong with theirs, but mine's nice.

Higher-end BC Richs are fine. Don't rule them out as a choice for your next guitar. As long as it's an Ironbird or Mockingbird, of course. All their other models are ugly as ****.
I will show you something different from either
Your shadow in the morning striding behind you
Or your shadow at evening rising to meet you
I will show you fear in a handful of dust

Let me Clarify on B.C Rich.

B.C Rich makes great guitars, but too often, people buy the cheaper Bronze Series and expect it to be great. The only B.C Riches that are any good are the NJ Series, American/Custom Made, NT Series and the 80's B.C Riches(why do you think Kerry King Playes them). So now you know that not all B.C Riches are crap, but in this case, the B.C Rich this guy has should be burned and have the ashes fed to a rabbit, and then have the rabbit killed.

Here are some NT Series Bich

Classic NJ Series-

SE Series-

Acrylic(heavy as Hell!)

Yeah funny that they make the upper high ends of bc rich ugly as hell!!! Especially the colors and headstock ew.

oh btw....

ESP > B.C Rich anyday

noobs
#22
I'd take an ESP standard over a BC Rich American.

But I admit the Mockingbird is sexy.
#23
I would also take ESP/LTD over Bich anyday, I'm just clarifying that B.C Rich makes decent axes.

wtf the BC rich guitars are very very agly and only the satan black metal bands (just make noise and scream=thats our song isnt it gr8?) bad quality and only for the stupid black metal guys that donr play guitar and want to buy so the can play crap music (screams, satan, death, blood,**** good, tatoos everywhere etc)

Body Shape of BC Rich Eagle > every other BC Rich. Its a subtle change on a classic, and its actually comfortable to play. Plus they've always been neck-thru, which is awesome for sustain.

I like b.c. riches, mine is a mid range one, and I like mine over any higher end epiphone.
