you might have a brighter tone but i havent had a chance to try that guitar out so i wouldnt know

I haven't tried any ESPs lately, but if the body is even partly agathis it's not going to sound as good.

But, if you try it and like it, why not? That's what matters.

I love maple as a body wood. My Lado Earth is all maple and has a massive tone. I've played the LTD Hanneman sig model, which is also all maple, and it sounds brutal.
