One of my warm-ups is to palm mute at a moderate speed and gradually speed up. I usually repeat that five times. Then i do the same with gallops and tremelo.


I always find that stretching your arms and fingers and what not helps you to loosen up quite a lot. Just like you would do when stretching before a sports game.
I enjoy a hearty roast dinner...
