I have the Zoom GFX 5.... It did me well for a long time, but now that I have further advanced my gear I don't use it anymore (although now that you mentioned it I'll use it tonight at home). I think you can dial in any sound as long as you got use to tweaking it. I reccomend it, but I don't know anything about the other ones though so I hope this helps. The effects on the Zoom pedal sound very nice also.

I, personally, don't recommend the ZOOM or multi-effects pedals. But, that's because I don't have the patience to surf through all of them, and then edit it for the sound, and then program it in where I want it. I'm sure it'd be great if youput enough time into it though.

Don't buy multi effects...they really sound bad compared to the real thing. Buy two analogue pedals, you'll be happier in the long run.

Nope, for the money......... BOSS SD-1/MD-2.......... and a wah....
Tone is all ...... well probably 75%, in your fingers.
The rest depends on your wallet's thickness !!
