i have the FAB distortion and i like it...im sure any of their gain related pedals would be similar in quality (cuz i tried metal, and that's just a suped up version of OD)...just the other effects sorta are crap...like echo and flange and chorus and w/e

These are supposed to be ultra cheap right ??
Tone is all ...... well probably 75%, in your fingers.
The rest depends on your wallet's thickness !!

Keep the faith, baby!!

I came up with this kick ass riff on my ukelele when I was 12. Find out two years later, it was smoke on the water. Got my hopes and dreams killed..

I've heard the FAB series of pedals are really quite something for the price.

The distortion is more of a fuzz. I quite like it but it hasn't been used in a while. It's good for some things but I play more metal type stuff at the moment. It's good for a bit of sixties stuff, or some Fu Manchu style leads.

Is it better than an ibanez tubescreamer? (Only messing im not that much of a noob!)
Ive heard that they sound very good, no complaints so far!

Haha - I was preparing to put you in my sig... good one

What I'm curious is has anyone compared one (or the flanger for that matter) with Behringer equivalents since they're the same price. Anyone?

Why are they so cheap? Its very suspicious, maybe there made in sweat shops, by trained monkeys, that steal the materials from the local mexicans!
Its just a thoery........

They use plastic enclosures, tactile switches, and SMT components if you want a serious answer

not exactly fantastic for bass, i found

Unless your bass has a humbucker it's gonna be noisy. It's gonna take some serious fiddling with settings (probably an EQ before it) to get a good sound, but you could end up sounding like Death From Above

there is an annoying hum, which bugs me but otherwise great for the price (the hum maybe because of the **** 9v adapter tho -i think it is)

its cos they dont want to take as much money from us as the other companies do, cos if they can make profit on a £15 pedal -it makes you think, how much does it cost to make a boss pedal? like what £20 at the most?? those thieving bastards!
Conformity is a son of a bastard sin!!
