so when I was putting the tap down for my graphic, some of the white paint pealed up. Then when I sprayed it green it left spots (see pics). Also I have runs in a few spots, will these sand out when I go over it with the sander? What grit paper should i use?

I think it'd be best for you to start over, just take the rusn out, so its' flat and spray more white paint, about 4-7 layers shoudl be good, then wait overnight or so. Then tape up and spray, if you get runs, sand it off and spray more green. Btw, what's the temperature where you live? if it's too cold, you'd need to wait longer for the paint to cure.

should I sand it back down to the wood? Is there anything I need to put on the wood before the primer. Like the first time I did it, in some places the paint didnt stick correctly. Should I be using some kind of sealer?
