Probably been asked loads before but im gettin some pick ups for my custom build and am lost in the vast array of pick ups! Im goin for a H-S-H configuration and need to know what the best types of pick ups are for true versatility. I have thought about Hotrails but i am almost clueless when it comes to pickups! I dont want the faff of EMG's as i have heard that you need batteries, so i need true versatile pickups, for stuff ranging from metal to blues and cleans and stuff. Btw the guitar is going to be a silver and black Bullseye strat! YEH!!!! lol so yeh i need educating and suggestions!! cheers tobz

Id recommend, Dimarzios, either a super distortion or an s3 for the bridge, yjm malmsteen single for the middle, and a paf pro for the neck
