It'll work fine. In the case of distortion and wah wah its probably best to put them in front of the FX unit in your pedal chain (since with those 2 you're probably only going to be using the multiFX for delay and chorus and other modulation things)

For the best sound always use single effects pedals BEFORE the multi effects pedals. I'd set it up like this:

Guitar > Distortion pedal > wah pedal > multi pedal > Amp

oh so i was right My distortion pedal is set to cut most of the mids anyway.. so my wah wouldn't be much use
