I don't know if these people really got anywhere, but they were hella good while they were around. Anyone else know anything about them?

... and love pink!

they got more popular after they disbanded which sucks, it would have been quite the experience to see them live.

at least the kinsella's are moving on with other beyond perfect bands...
there's just something about them that makes me like anything they bring forward.
#4
I am the only person i know who really digs this band.

I love them so..

and if anyone wants any of their stuff my soulseek name is cap'n jazz too..
#8
are you on soulseek? becasue there would defs be something there.
they are on epitonic too.
and also their myspace.

i posted about these guys so long ago and no one said anything. goddamn.

well, Analphabetapolothology is so amazing.
if i cut off your arms and legs
and wrap you in some fucked-up cocoon,
would you still look at me and say
"you can't catch what you can't see"
well i caught you honey,
like the clap sugar.
what do you think of that?

#15

Lies.

Been listening to them for years, wasn't really a fan at first, but their other projects really turned me onto the instrumentation of Victor and Sam. If you listen to some Ghosts & Vodka, Noyes or Sam's solo material its so amazing.
I want the new Joan of Arc stuff now though!!!

yep theyre great. ooh do i love you and in the clear are especially awesome.

the owls album is amazing too. i quite like the other bands as well. but joan of arc can be a little innacessible EG THE GAP. and a lot of owen tracks are meh. and american football get talked up a little too much. i was going to see tim kinsella solo a bit ago, but he pulled out because someone died. i'll probably see make believe some time though.

but yes. capn jazz were great.
my name is matt. you can call me that if you like.

Evvverryyonnee talks about them and I haven't found anything by them ='(

Then you can't be looking very hard, they have a purevolume, and there's plenty on Limewire?
#20
^ I didn't even look on purevolume anddd limewire has been hating me for like a week and wont return any search results on anything.

*E*; I went to their purevolume and they are pretty good. I like the vocals on Naive quite a bit.

hmmmm....must be another kinsella then because I've never listened to any of those bands. god, now this is gonna bother me until I find out who I'm thinking of.

but anyways

"Burritos, Inspiration Point, Fork Balloon Sports, Cards In The Spokes, Automatic Biographies, Kites, Kung Fu, Trophies, Banana Peels We've Slipped On and Egg Shells We've Tippy Toed Over"

now, THAT'S creativity.
