There is a dean on ebay that says ". DEMO MODEL NO FACTORY WARRANTY, BUT MINT, LIKE NEW, BARLEY BREATHED ON! IN THE DEAN BOX."

Does demo model mean it got no warranty? or is there more to it?

still... not different is it from the real thing? its not real? just for looking at?

No it's real. A fake one is called a 'Dummy Model' in retail. Demo model means people had their ****ty hands all over it. No warrenty like your quote says...
mmmmmmhmmm

That's exactly what I've been trying to say.

Even if people touched it, the guitar will be cleaned up and certainly setup

It usually is in stores when they're first putting out a new line. It's so one is played on and not a bunch. Then they go back and get the guitars and sell you. It's often used when a new pickup line is put out. So you can play the pickup before you buy.
