As you all probably know, no normal person (of my age anyway) can even begin to imagine having enough money for a 513. So i was wondering, has anyone come across a similar guitar without the gut wrenching price tag?

Its basically a PRS body with a HSH pickup setup on it.

Here's a pic:

Thanks

I dont think i even know of a guitar with 21 different pickup combos for less than the 513.
Ibanez -> Peavey -> Eardrums

Apparently I'm on some list of people to listen to..?

Each of my Phiga's (one is HHH, one is HHS, and one HSH) has a coil tap for each
individual humbucker. So that's a lot of different tones and lots less than the 513
price.

My Parker is HH with a Piezo. Each humbucker can be coil tapped and the
piezo blended in. Also less than a 513.

My Alembic is HHS has on/off/bright 3-way toggle for each pickup. The variety of
tones you can get out of it would put that 513 to shame. But, then again its a
LOT more $$ than a 513.

Putting it in perspective, the variety is nice, but you generally settle for a couple
ways you like to use it. It's not a big make or break thing if you ask me.
