thats a 7 string right i thought baritones only had six, and were ment to be tuned to B so would tuning to E mess up intonation and stuff?

From what I have read, if you use thin enough strings, it will go to E just fine. Like maybe an .08 gauge, or thinner? I don't know if this is true, though.

i don't really know, but wouldn't tuning it up that much, cause too much string tension and snap them

Tuning to standard is anywhere from .08s to .11s.

I think the only problem with tuning a baritone to standard would be the string guage would be too high and the intonation would be thrown off.

why buy a baritone to tune up like 100 steps?

The neck will warp, because the thick strings will pull alot on the neck
The intonation would be thrown off the cliffs..
The action would be screwed up.
The bridge (if appropriate) will be screwed up too.

Oh yea, you might have a few scratches and cuts.

You'll get herpes.

It really doesn't seem like a good idea, seeing as they aren't designed to have that much tension, and it would cause several other problems, and it doesn't seem like it's worth the effort.

I laughed about 3 minutes for that.

EDIT: Oh, and yes it could bend the neck.
