Lol het is eens een verandering ten opzichte van de brol die ze anders op TMF draaien
But of course there are tons of songs which are a lot better and didn't even make the list. Belgium isn't really a rock country and all the rock we are served here is pretty mainstream so it isn't very surprising that The White Stripes scored number one.

Wow, that was a LOT more unpredictable then these American and English lists.

I'm happy that they have acts that are usually more unrecognized, like Rammenstein, Pennywise's Bro Hymn, Muse, and Within Temptation, but juxtoposing acts like Metallica and Radiohead next to Hoobastank and Simple Plan is just WEIRD.

I'll give it one thing - it was interesting. I was happy to see Garbage and Lit on there, even though i know they don't deserve to be there

OK the list sucked, but Belgium is a Kickass rock country

Red Elmo, Cream & Spices, Admiral Freebee, dEUS, Zita Swoon, Girls In Hawaii, MadenSuyu, Absynthe Minded,...

I can name atleast 30 more

I think everyone's misinterpretating the list. It isn't supposed to be a all time best of metal list, or rock... If you give it a (proper) thought, and if you forget the bloody elitist brainwashing, you'll see that they're all mainstream, or at least mildly mainstream songs that most people know, even if they're not devoted to metal/rock/whatever. They're known songs, that were big hits. It isn't supposed to say this song is good and this song is bad... They are the top100 rock songs, and if you think well that could be easily be applied to many countries. A good list, on my book (no pun intended).

Pfft, here in UK, Kerrang!'s top 100 gave us Green Day - American Idiot as No.1. Now, as much as I disliked Seven Nation Army, that Green Day song is even more terrible.
#26
That's actually a really, really, good list.

Basically, consider it what the mainstream of Belgium is listening to. Compared to America's or the U.K.'s potential 'Top 100' mainstream lists, it's very, very, good.

I once saw a reviews column in some magazine, and for the rubbish songs they had a symbol that said "big in belgium." Bit harsh, really.

The Belgians have a terrible taste in music (except for a few songs)

Maar kerels toch, Belgie is toch een fantastisch landje?

So what if this list sucks? It's compiled by some shit music channel. It shouldnt be taken seriously at all.
According to BS statistics, 92% of teens have moved on to rap. If you're among the 8% who doesn't consider rap to be real music, donate your brains, as you clearly aren't using them.
