I'm going to build a pedal board this week as a little project and im looking for ideas.

You could just get a board, Get some velcro, and attach it to both your pedals and the board. This way the pedals are on solid, and you can move them around very easy I've used it in live situations for years now, and it never failed me!

mine is dimond plate and wood, i use a furman power conditioner and i have opened up all the pedals and aditionaly grounded them to the dimond plate, they are all held on my wood and skrews , easy to take on and off (minus the wires) and everything is non battery powered

It works great. I'm planning on building one of these for myself actually in summer so post lots of pics please!!
