Hi I am new here. This forum is cool! I hope you can help me. I have been playing for about 2 years. I have a Parker Fly Classic. It is very nice to play ? I just hope I can do it justice. I have never played a guitar with a bridge that goes back to an accurate tuning before, I used to have a Squire Strat as a starter model.

I have noticed that when I bend a string, the other strings change pitch also due to the bridge moving. Is this normal? Unison bends sound poor!

Help!!!

Did you put on heavier guage strings?

Unfortunately the Parker has it's own special type of spring. It's a metal
sheet and it should have the string guage it's rated for printed on it. You'll
have to open the tremelo cover to see it. If that's the problem you'll have to
order a heavier spring or put lighter guage strings on.

Or for a quick solution, tune down a full step to D. That way there will be less tension overall and the bridge wont move so much. It'll let you practice your bends without it sounding as 'funky'
