I just did this, and i was wondering if anyone has a good tactic for getting picks out of acoustic guitars if you drop them in? I find that shaking it around eventually gets it to fall out. Feel free to post better ideas.

Also, wasn't too sure where to put this thread. This seemed like the more logical place....

Shaking it around does the job, i've seen people use a chopstick with blu-tac on the end to get picks out though.
I put the guitar soundhole facing up, shake the pick so its under the soundhole, then flip the guitar over quickly. I have dropped a pick in for ages though.

that works as long as it isn't too dark to see inside your soundhole.... in which case i just shake the hell out of it!
