Can anyone tell me how to create feedback with guitar besides the usual way (playing close to the amp with guitar facing it's speakers)?

I just hammer on a note with my left hand, and stand in front of my cabinet. It feedbacks almost immediately.

If you do that on your low G (E string), and add some whammy bar, it's instant Flying in a Blue Dream intro.

Hey guys! I just started playing electric guitar should I get a Gabson Lay Pall or a Femdor Startokaster. I like the picks on the gabsons but i like how sweet femdors look. Beforre i get a gabson what company makes them?

Volume + Gain = Feedback
Ibanez -> Peavey -> Eardrums

Apparently I'm on some list of people to listen to..?

a floyd rode does wonder, and one or more distortion pedals works great too, so does a chorus in combo with the distortion
artificial harmonics with a whammy bar and feedback is COOL i love making feedback!!!
oh and hitting the back end of your neck will make the strings vibrate, and make it sound like a roar!

Sometimes when I have my guitar and I touch something electrical (like my computer) it makes some humming feedback noise, so that could work. I also think there might be a pedal to give some feeback (I know boss used to have one but its out of production now).
My Stuff:

Schecter C1 Elite
Mesa F-30
Maxon OD9 Pro+ Overdrive
Electro-Harmonix Little Big Muff Pi
MXR 10-band Graphic EQ

I saw at a local show once. If you hit the back of your guitars neck and or head it seems to give some feedback.

if you blow on the pickups that one works.

It adds alot to the song if you do it right. But it gets annoying when over used.

turn on the distortion channel on your amp with the gain all the way up then turn on a distortion pedal with the gain all the way up. loudest feed back ive ever head.
#14
pull the plug outta your guitar and touch it to various strings
also playing with the volume knob can make a cool effect sometimes
