Okay... I've gone through 3 strings already, and I don't know why this is happening, but I have a Squier strat, and everytime I put on my top string, and tune it, it's fine.. but then when I bend it... BAM, out of tune, and it goes out of tune BADLY (goes flat)

How do I fix this?!?!

when I replace my strings, I tune it, bend it out of tune, tune it, bend it out of tune, and keep doing that until after about 5 or 6 times the string won't go out of tune when you bend it.
There are four types of people in this world... and I'm one of them.

Stretch the string before you put it on.
EDIT: Then it's your guitars fault, not suprised there, Squires aren't known for their tuning stability.

well
on the bridge
where the string goes through
the little slot place thing...
there might be a little edge there..
is it breaking..or just coming off
but yeah his strategy works too

It's your guitar. Squier's have cheap ass tuners. They're going to go out of tune quickly no matter what unless you replace them with good tuners.
