hi, finally i have my first guitar (ibanez grg170dx)

no i have a problem with the action.. it's so low that they almost touch fret 1-2-3 so I get some strange sounds when they touch them softly when i'm playing.. it ****s up the song/tone/sound... now in the manual is there a tutuorial to change the action but do i have to remove the strings first?? because that's out of my league..

i can remove the thing to lower/higher the action without removing the snares i think..

is it done or not done?

Just twist the 2 studs counterclockwise to increase your string's height.

The 2 screws, accessable by a hex wrench, or allen key. It lets your bridge float. (A) part on pic below.
