The easiest song ever is Pink Floyd's "Goodbye Cruel World" from The Wall. Look up the tab on this site. The tuning's in dropped D.

It's pretty easy if he adapts well to picking, also.

I'm way better at picking than strumming, and I always have been. Some people just do one better than the other.

smoke on the water is megaeasy. its not exactly an acoustic song but because "everyone" knows the tune its very easy to teach people.

Wildwood Flower. It's an old bluegrass classic. Capo'd in the second fret, and it only uses the C chord.

The intro...yes.

Most people forget there is a song after the intro.

Every Rose has it's thorn by Poison, just G to C9 and the fingering is basically the same, occaisonally a D will pop up but those are easy anyway.

The rest of the song is easier than the intro. the intro is chords whereas the verses are just one string at a time in a simple formation. and the chorus is simple.

I once broke a G-String while fingering an A minor.

A recent study shows that 92% of all teenagers have moved on to rap music. Put this in your sig if you are one of the 8% who stayed with real music.
