I'm curious at the wattage/volume debate about our amps.

For example, would having two 15-watt 1x12 combos be as loud as having one 30-watt 1x12 combo?

Or three 5-watt combos compared to one 15-watt combo?

Just curious really...

- Squier Standard Strat
- Roland Cube 60
- Visual Sound Jekyll & Hyde
- Boss OD-3
- Behringer EQ700

Two 15W 1x12 combos would be louder than one 30W 1x12 because with two speakers you're pushing more air. Having more/bigger speakers makes a bigger difference than doubling wattage.

With 3 5W combos though, it's questionable, only because you're limiting clean headroom.
