Ohkay, Sonixon said I could make one, so I figured I might as well.

One of the best live bands I've ever seen, and probably one of my favourite Mr. Green bands.

Fans? Haters?

i kinda like juturna. i dont know, i tried loving them, but really, i only really love anthony green. the guitars are just all spacey and ****, and generally boring. the whole cd is mostly a huge swirl sometimes, although certain songs are pretty great when i'm in the mood. meet me in montauk is great because montauk is on long island bitches. haha i suck

"Meet Me In Montauk" was taken from Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind. At least it says that in the movie so I'm just guessing.

They have three or four songs that are okay. I can't stand their fans though. Too much Anthony Green ass kissing.

That song's boring.

I just checked their PV, Great golden baby and Handshakes are two of their best songs.

One of my favorite bands. Will be very interesting to see how much their next album will beat the hell out of Saosin's release. Oh Snap! Are they not recording/done recording their new album? Probably the best Anthony band

when i saw them live it sucked because they only played like 3 songs and the sound guy messed up anthonys vocals

i realllly cant wait until a new album thought they are probably my favorite indie/chill band

Yeah I noticed that too.

Juturna is a decent enough CD and I don't have an issue with the band but there are better. Not bad though.

Yeah I know where it is. In the movie before she is "erased" she tells him to "Meet me in Montauk", which explains why he gets on the train and so on.

Anyway Circa Survive had to grow on me. I was just like meh at first but I like that cd alot now.

I love "Act Appaled" and "The Great Golden Baby", but sometimes I prefer the good old Saosin.

Saw them open for Saves The Day, and it made me a believer. They're a great band live, Anthony can act like kind of a goober on stage, not like an asshole or anything, just kind of dumb, but it's all cool. For such mellowish music, he goes nuts onstage!

If all you have heard is Juturna, look up the Inuit Sessions, I think their called that. It was before they released their album so most of them aren't on Juturna.

And I heard Anthony left Saosin because he felt restrained and constricted to not only one band, but to one style of music. He described it as a relationship like this (via wikipedia):

"To him, Saosin was "a girl that you had great sex with, yet had little in common with,""

So yeah...I'm bored.

Any news at all anyone on the new album?

They're recording after their next tour. I got to see them once with Emanuel and once with Saves the Day, they seem to do tours with a lot of different types of bands, who have you guys seen them with?

Check on the saosin boards in the request music thread you can most likely get it there.

Thanks for the info.

I saw them with Thrice and Coheed and it was amazing.

Alsoooooo.

Does anyone have an accurate guitar tab or guitar pro tab for In Fear And Faith? I'm covering it in my band, and we need both guitar parts.

Ant Green is god.
End of story.
Anything that he is involved in is garenteed to be fantastic.
Circa Survive is probably also my favorite project he has ever done.
Although Jeer At Rome is amazing.
When this whole thing started I was a name.
Now there's a definition and a reason.
The more I expect the harder things are.

I wouldn't be surprised if Green jumped out of Circa into another project.
