I want to switch out the bridge pickup on my 1969 Reissue Fender Competition Mustang. It has a Basswood body, Maple neck, and Rosewood fretboard. I just joined a band that plays noise punk kinda stuff (ex. Blood Brothers, the Locust). I'm looking for a single coil sized, high output humbucker that would suit that kind of sound but can also handle some metal. Any help would be appreciated.

Does EMG make a single sized humbucker? I've checked their site but couldn't find anything.

Price isn't an issue here and I have a nice tube amp, so that isn't an issue either. has anyone else had any experience with the DiMarzio Chopper? I've heard some sound clips and it sounds pretty good.
