So I have a 2x60 watt combo and i am using the input for my guitar and then plugging my keyboard into the aux input on the back of my amp. It all sounds very decent but i just wanna be sure im not gonna blow anything. Any opinons?

Nah, you shouldn't, as long as you're using dedicated inputs and not doing anything stupid.

That aux input jack is made to plug in devices such as CD players, MP3 players, drum machines, keyboards, etc. You're using it exactly as intended, so I don't see why you'd have any problems at all.
