Ok, so I have a squier fat strat. Would it be worth the money to put in a nice humbucker at the bridge, or would i just be better off playing through my other, much nicer, guitars?

no

the squier is made of crappy wood anyway, so it wont sound too good. just play through your other guitars.
Gear:
PRS Custom SE
Shit Strat
line6 spider II 112 (worst choice of my life)
Squier 10 watt (sounds better than the spider)
Digitech rp200
Rocktron Silver Dragon

ya...haven't played the squier for a while, mostly been playing an ESP LTD deluxe with EMG's. Sometimes i use my dad's Gibson Les Paul Custom, and we have a schecter hellraiser avenger coming in.
