Okay,

I have a guitar that's giving me fret buzz on the 12th fret. Thing is... it's only the high e string. Every other string sounds fine. I can't really notice any abnormal fret wear from the others. All the higher frets on the high e sound fine as well. I can slighty bend the high e on 12 and reduce the buzz, but a straight strike on it buzzes like crazy. Any ideas on how I can correct this? Thanks in advance all!

Definately a high fret. Does it look like it's sticking out from the fretboard more than usual?

Check your intonation. Might fix things. even though you dont see any fret wear you may want to clean the fret and maybe there are some ridges that the string is getting caught on.

There is nothing visually wrong with the fret at all. No abnormal wear, no pertructions. I will check the intonation. Any quick fixes to try?

Look at the 13th fret.
