Good trems from Ibanez:
- Edge Pro
- Edge
- Lo-Pro Edge
- ZR trem

Other good trem:
- Gotoh Licenced Floyd Rose
- Kahler Licenced Floyd Rose
- Schaller Licnenced Floyd Rose

And the best itself - The Original Floyd Rose

The ones to watch out, coz their bad:
From Ibanez:
- ILT1 Bridge (new Trs II)
- Lo TRS
- Lo TRS-II
- Edge III
- Edge Pro II

Some cheap licenced Floyd rose

Go for a Ibanez SZ320 , seems like the best thing to buy at that price.

Some other brands will use normal licenced floyd rose, which they sometimes wont tell you who actually manufactured them, so it can be quite tricky as you need to try it out and whatnot. Post us on what guitar you have in mind and see the feedback about them.

Thats why i prefer Ibanez coz they make their own licenced version which are different in design and feel and not tied strictly to Original Floyd Rose® anymore. The ones that are similar to an Original Floyd Rose® are the Lo-TRS, Lo-TRS-II and the ILT1.

If you ask me, i seriously prefer an Edge Pro rather than the Original Floyd Rose® Pro.

It IS a floyd rose type bridge and yes, patent and licened from Floyd Rose®

So are others, since Floyd Rose® are the 1st one who made 'em.

My mistake, I meant Kahlers. Look at the Jeff Hanneman ESPs.

Well, like my previous post above. The Ibanez ones are very good since it has lower action and whatnot (e.g Edge Pro).

What he means is find a model like:

RG570
RG520
RG1570

etc...or anything over 5.
Ibanez Prestige RG1570 ftw!

The Ibanez 5xx series, just fill any numbers in there, it still have the Edge trem, which is good. For example the RG570, which is the old model of the new RG1570. Or look anything thats RG7xx also.
