will the vox ad30vt get over drums? im gonna be playing in a band and want to use it.. so will it work?

No. I haven't been able to play over any drummer in my town but one(out of five) and that is because he has just been playing for about 6 months and learns Blink 182 and other punk songs and he has an incredibly crappy drum set. I use it as a moddeling amp(I put it through this old Kustom Casino head my band's drummer has). It might be that they all play too loud. I'd go for either the 100watt.

There's always the power knob on the back of it that you could turn up to get over a drummer, but in most situations if you're going to play live gigs you're gonna want atleast a 50 watt amp.

some amps dont have the level knob in the back liek ur saying sickboy. But you could gig even with a little 5 watter, you just have to mic it. and every place that hosts bands has a pa system

the only place we would play for now is my brothers resteraunt... and he has a PA and everything so i can mic it if i need to.


and yes.. it does have a power knob on the back
