do you guys handle an electric differently from an acoustic? like do you apply the same pressure when fretting and give it a touch?

I use a light touch for both. It gives you more speed rather than smashing your fingers down on a chord/note.

People don't like Dave Mustaine because he created something that owned Metallica in just about every single aspect of thrash metal.

I'm pretty heavy handed when I play. It works for me, though. i play mostly singer-songwriter and jazz stuff.
There once was a man who really loved salt

Pressure wise is different since my acoustic has heavier gauge. So on electrics are easier. The way i handle it is also quite different, since both have different tones. I pick harder on the acoustic rather than the electric
