later on down the road, i would like to get new pups for my G-400...for thrash metal and metal and shred...i am kinda thinking about a JB in the bridge and a '59 i the neck...would this be a good combination?...what other sets would you recommend? ( i also like a good blues clean tone...but i suppose my strat will do that job, so i dont really need a good clean tone)

ZEDIT: i also like a classic rock tone, but mainly just heavy stuff like Black Sabbath and such

its not a bad thing. it all depends on what tone you want. some people would rather have something else though. i know dave mustaine uses a JB so if you like his tone than you can try it.
