i hope this is the right forum, if not, someone please move it.

anyways, what ever happened to these guys? ive got their self-titled album and love every song on there. but it just seems like they just disappered. i never hear their music on the radio nor their videos on TV anymore. which sucks cause IMO, they were a good band with a lot of promise and potential to really make some great music.
#2
They released a new CD called Anxiety. Its pretty good... I'm not a huge fan of theirs... but I like some of their stuff. Now... I'm not sure but I heard that you can only buy Anxiety at their concerts. Don't know why... I d.led it cause I don't expect to see them in Canada anytime soon.
#4
i cant find their Anxiety album anywhere... are they going to be selling it online anytime soon? also i was told the label got dropped (or whatever).... whats the deal?

their carreer slowly faded out just like Lou Bega & his kick ass "mambo numbah fihhhve"... i used to love that song...

it happens a lot, actually, you just don't realize it until you look through your old cd's...

Yeah, but it's soft compared to their self-titled debut.

really thats wierd. i noticed that Three Days Grace did the exact same thing. had a debut self-titled album that rocked then had a second album that was rather soft.

They fell into the big hole of crappy bands, and they can't get out.

i heard they had a big falling out with lava and the anxiety isnt getting released and now theyre writing new songs, idk y lava would mess with them obviously they had a pretty successful relationship the emo and skater kids dug them up and they were really a decent band
#15
They got into an argument with their record company and a bunch of crap happened. I heard a few tracks on their new album. They have definitely become more acoustic. The lead singer's voice also has greatly improved

so they're going to make a new album and just forget about the Anxiety album?

I finally heard some songs off of Anxiety. Not bad, although they are softer than the self-titled. It's weird, though. Their site doesn't even mention Anxiety. Now they have another new album, Vultures. I haven't heard anything off of it, so I don't know how it is. Hopefully, they get their stuff back out there. I really enjoyed listening to them.

yeh they released anxiety which was a pretty kool album but you hard work hard to find it. Cause they had a dispute with thier record label and they wouldnt sell their cd so as some said they gotta sell it at thier shows

I saw them in November of last year, they opened for BB in Scranton, PA (BB's home town). They were terrible.

They played 4 songs in a half hour. They were telling nonsensical stories the whole time, and they were drunk out of their minds. They called our area "Boring" which prompted BB's manager trying to come out to save them. He said something to try to get the band on their side, but that didn't work.

They were then booed off stage, and the guitarist and bassist left the stage in the middle of a song, and the drummer didn't even know, thus leaving him abandoned.

I've heard of this happening with them on multiple occasions.

What happened is one word. Ego.
"If you're going to try, go all the way. Otherwise don't even start..."

I have the self-titled, and I've heard Never Again off of Anxiety...I like all that I've heard from Smile Empty Soul, but haven't really looked into getting Anxiety or buying Vultures yet.

Is Vultures any good? Whenever I see it at Best Buy or elsewhere, it's usually about $15+ for some odd reason. So I'd like to know before I dish out that much cash.

I di not actually say it was the best, i said it was as good as their S/T, but i kinda like Anxiety better. Just a tad, but still Vultures is an awesome album, their songs Vultures and The Freaks Are Coming are amazing.

That's what I keep hearing...About Anxiety being the best of the three albums, I mean.

It's too bad I'm being forced to download the entire thing on my poor, downtrodden dial-up connection...Stupid Lava Records...this is going to take me at LEAST a week...

god damn it

i know

it took me awhile to just find the ****ing songs that was the cheapest...
but anxiety definately hits you harder emotionally than their self title

and i say the HOLES and END OF THE WORLD, God's Army, Clifornia's Lonely are the best songs off Anxiety IMO

And Bottom Of A Bottle and I Want My Life are the best off Their Self Titled
