Verdelet is a pretty cool song. I love it that they perform in suits and such on stage.

Words that go Unspoken is my favorite. I haven't heard much of the other stuff, though.

Best album to start with?

Deeds that Go Undone and Goat of Mendes are both really good. I don't know about you guys, but I really didn't like RotBN or Choronzon.

Brilliant band, one of the few who manage to mix up styles (death/black/prog) and pull it off because they are better at each style than most bands who specialise at just one. David Grey is a brilliant drummer, sadly the only gripe I really have with Akercocke is that the drums are never high enough in the mix - always a bit muted. Honorable mention must also go to Theobald's hair.

They're one of the most underated bands around... Fantastic musicians and top people!

Really down to earth and spend alot of time talking to their fans on their forum, They are also very helpful (taught me how to do Guttural style vocals) not to mention David Gray's mrs use to live round the corner from me... Small world eh?

I preffer Choronzon and Words that........ Great stuff, who said it's less Black metal? Thats crazy, they're still Black metal/Death/Prog.
Oh and I have most power tabs for the Words album if anyones interested..? £10 per tab though

They're giging on March 29th at the Colchester Arts place (only £7 a ticket) who's going?

Would have been better if BBC NI hadn't fooked up the satellite delay big time

FFS its only Nottingham to Belfast, there shouldn't be a 9 second delay lol

Yeah, that was my main problem with it. Would have been a lot better if they'd been in the studio. Also some Christian opposition that could actually argue, rather than those two muppets.

You wonder where they find the people who appear on his show. He has a radio show as well and some of the people who phone in are retards of the highest calibre.
WHY DID I BECOME A HOBO!?

Ha, that doesn't surprise me. Did you happen to see some of the texts that were sent in? Genious.

Whoah, that was terrible! "If you wake up one day lying in your own vomit...." Wtf? Plus everyone was talking across each other... this was really badly organised. The Akercocke guys proved themselves though, they were pretty cool.
According to BS statistics, 92% of teens have moved on to rap. If you're among the 8% who doesn't consider rap to be real music, donate your brains, as you clearly aren't using them.

I worship them!

I cant wait for the new album, Akercocke manages to outdo themselves with every new release.

Radio interview, much better quality, no talking over each other. Jason actually gets to talk about his beliefs in this one.
