u can try pot cleaner with lube, but its cheaper to put a new one in.

+1. A small spray can of that stuff sells at our music store for $10. Sure, it will clean hundreds of pots, but who needs that much pot cleaner?

A new pot sells for about $2. That's an easy choice to me.
