I'm gonna call BS on that one until I get some video.

With audio, of course.
That'd be awesome, especially for people in small bands. Need a lead, but gotta sing and strum? Problem solved.

What to change the band name? No way!! We have a kick-ass logo of a washing machine eating guitars and everything!!

It works, but you just can't feel the song. No emotion to it.

Please, find me something objective that measure's emotion in music. That machines playing could be more evocative to somebody than any SRV or BB King or whatever.
My name is Tom, feel free to use it.

Well, obviously a machine can't measure it. But there was no feeling, in a human you can tell the mood of the player by the inconsistencies he plays. when their mad they play harder, strumming on parts that are more relevant harder than other parts. sad is softer and slower. Not saying it's impossible to recreate, it's just that this machine didnt.

Yep, and in the rest of the world I'm called a free thinker.

That rhythm part had plenty of emotion, considering it's played by a machine. At least it wasn't monotone -- there were accented beats and varied note/chord lengths.

However, using that MIDI lead was a bad idea. It didn't help the recording.
