I bought a used Morely wah/volume pedal at a shop near my house. I'm not sure what model name or number it is tho. It is black and says "Morley" in red across the pedal. It has an on/off button, a "level" knob, and thats it.

The problem is that when the wah is being used, and it's rocked into the heel position (the bass end) the volume considerably lowers. So when I'm playing a note and I rock the pedal back and forth it almost sounds like a volume pedal instead of a wah.

Is this a common problem with Morley's for the treble to be louder than the bass? Or is mine just f*cked?

I think it's supposed to do that. I have a Dunlop Cry Baby, and it does the same thing. I have read many reports of this "problem" and I beleive that it's supposed to do that.
