But last time I cranked my amp up. A small bird flew by at the same time I did a pinch harmonic.... and it exploded....

Some are good and some aren't.

For example, Clapton's Unplugged album is great.

But the Sex Pistols acoustic would be terrible.
#3
Somebody did an all acoustic cover of Reign in Blood.

That would be...interesting..to hear.

My favorite acoustic song is one by layne staley it is called Blood Tears Little Girl. I think it is really rare but it is one hell of a song.

^ Eric Clapton Unplugged. Nirvana too.

Jack Johnson too, but I don't think that counts.

Muse's acoustic rendition of Plug In Baby is awesome

Haven't seen many rock acoustic albums, but Godsmack's Other side was really good. Re-align sounds good clean, and Runnin' Blind and Voices were pretty good too.

Instant Bob Dylan.

Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam and Stone Temple Pilots all did Unplugged gigs too.

I have the AIC and PJ ones, and know that there is a video or audio for the STP one, which I would love a link to if anyone has it....

Probably but Nirvana's was quality

Well it depends. If we're talking about a band who would never incoporate any keyboards or strings then no. If someone wrote an album using strictly and acoustic guitar with drums and bass you'd be bored out of your mind by the third song.

Here you go.

That's how I watched the Nirvana one. I can't believe MTV didn't release it on video/dvd, they would of made a ton of money.
