has anyone tried any of the marshall effects pedals, such as the jackhammer. If anyone has, how are they compared quality wise and aslo price wise, to other brands such as boss and digitech
price wise theyre all around 70-80 bucks
Parkwood PW320M
Epiphone Les Paul Standard
Epiphone C-40 willie nelson signature
Squier Strat
Some beat up acoustic from '68

Vox Ad50vt
Crate xt15r

Vox Clyde McCoy Wah
I haven't tried any newer ones, besides the Guv'nor, which seemed alright, maybe a little generic. I've played an older Guv'nor and a Shredmaster, though, and I really liked those. They go for outrageous prices (the original black box ones), though, especially the Shredmaster *coughdamnyouGreenwoodcough*
The Guv'nor is awesome, Rage Against the Machine/Audioslave's bass player uses two- one as an overdrive, the other for all out distortion- and he has awesome tone.
the ED-1 compressor is hawt. it works excellently.

i've heard good things about their blues driver, and their jackhammer.

I had the luck of finding a Marshall Shredmaster in a store once for 150 bucks but I really didn't have the money to buy it, but I did play it and it was gorgous, I'm still looking for one.
Do they still make the S-master ??
Tone is all ...... well probably 75%, in your fingers.
The rest depends on your wallet's thickness !!

Keep the faith, baby!!
